We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented long term Accounting Management Trainee to join our Finance team on a short-term basis.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in treasury, banking operations, accounts receivable and financial reporting while supporting daily Finance activities and ensuring business continuity during the SAP system transition.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in daily accounting operations, banking transactions, account reconciliations and financial documentation while supporting the accounting team during the SAP system transition.

Job Description

• Support the monitoring and recording of daily banking transactions.
• Monitor and control store POS transactions, ensuring accurate tracking of related records.
• Assist with customer and supplier account reconciliations.
• Provide operational support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Support daily accounting activities, including documentation tracking and follow-up of operational tasks.
• Provide operational support during the SAP system transition, contributing to business continuity and the smooth execution of accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Third- or fourth-year undergraduate student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Recently graduate or at the beginning of their career, with a strong interest in Finance.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, teamwork and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and manage daily operational tasks.
• Available for a long-term traineeship, 5 days a week.
