About the Role
We are looking for an E-Commerce – D2C Management Trainee to join our E-Commerce team.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in daily e-commerce operations, digital campaigns, product content management and performance tracking across our brand websites and third-party marketplaces, while supporting business growth through cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description
- Support daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing and stock availability checks across brand websites and marketplaces, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in the timely execution of campaigns, promotional activities, product launches and bundle offers.
- Update and maintain product pages, images and descriptions, ensuring content accuracy, completeness and an improved online shopping experience.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accurate and timely performance reports, highlighting opportunities to improve sales and conversion rates.
- Track product ratings & reviews and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and marketplace partners to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
Qualifications
- Third- or fourth-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and consumer behavior.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic working environment.
- Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Fluency in Turkish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Available for a long-term traineeship, 5 days a week.
