We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented long term Finance Management Trainee to join our Finance team on a short-term basis.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in treasury, banking operations, accounts receivable and financial reporting while supporting daily Finance activities and ensuring business continuity during the SAP system transition.

Job Description

• Support daily treasury and banking operations, including monitoring bank balances, credit lines, deposits, loans and bank guarantees.
• Assist with payment and banking processes, including POS transactions, early payments, export-related banking activities and forward exchange rate reporting.
• Support accounts receivable and collection processes, including customer payment tracking, maturity difference and early payment discount calculations, and invoice uploads to the DBS system.
• Assist with bank and intercompany interest reconciliations, bank expense reconciliations and regular financial reporting.
• Coordinate and follow up on requests from Sales teams, banks, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to the Finance team during the SAP system transition, contributing to the smooth and timely execution of daily processes.

Qualifications

• Third- or fourth-year undergraduate student in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Recently graduate or at the beginning of their career, with a strong interest in Finance.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication, teamwork and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for a long-term traineeship, 5 days a week.
