Receiving and Processing Mail:

• Sorting incoming mail, identifying invoices, orders, and other important documents.
• Logging and registering mail electronically.
• Distributing mail to appropriate departments or individual employees.
• Opening and scanning invoices and other relevant documents for electronic filing.
• Handling returned mail and informing relevant parties.

Communication and Customer Service:

• Responding to inquiries about invoices, deliveries, or other mail-related issues.
• Liaising with suppliers and vendors regarding missing or incorrect deliveries.
• Communicating with internal departments regarding any issues or discrepancies found in the mail.
• Ensuring timely and accurate information flow regarding mail items.

IT Support:

• Assisting with basic IT troubleshooting for office equipment like printers and scanners.
• Reporting IT issues to the IT department through ticketing systems or designated contacts.
• Assisting with user onboarding and setup of new equipment or software.
• Maintaining office technology logs and documentation.
• Researching and recommending cost-effective IT solutions for the department.

Required Qualifications 

· Universities’ 3rd or 4th grade students, 

. Able to work minimum 3 days of week, 

· Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize

 · Strong coordination & follow-up skills 

· Good knowledge of MS office programs 

· Fluent in English
