Job Description

We are seeking a professional to:

• Define and execute annual business plans for the Medical Technologies portfolio in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Define and drive the long-term growth strategy for assigned business segments and product portfolios.
• Act as the business owner of assigned product groups, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and customer value creation.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify business opportunities, risks, and strategic actions.
• Develop data-driven business cases and growth initiatives to support portfolio expansion, new market opportunities, and business development objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead product pricing strategy, MarCom budget planning, and portfolio performance management.
• Monitor business performance, revenue, profitability, market share, and key KPIs, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Provide strategic direction and business guidance to Product Managers and Application Specialist teams.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing Communications, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and EMEA stakeholders to drive business objectives and market success.
• Support product launches, portfolio development initiatives, customer enablement activities, and market expansion plans.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team regarding business opportunities, investment priorities, and market developments.
• Serve as a key liaison between EMEA, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment of business priorities and execution.
• Prepare and present business reviews, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business management, business development, product management, marketing, or a related commercial leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, business growth, and commercial execution.
• Experience in the Medical Technology or Pharmaceutical industries is considered an asset, experience in Ophthalmology, Neurosurgery, Spine, ENT, or Dental domains is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, team development, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in developing and executing growth strategies in complex and competitive market environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and within a global matrix organization.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in business planning, budgeting, pricing strategy, and performance management.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, CRM systems, and business performance monitoring.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
