To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a skilled Quality Manager with expertise in data integration to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) across all manufacturing operations in collaboration with engineering team.
• Issue management - Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs, ensuring sustainability and traceability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs such as DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), RFT (Right First Time), and FPY (First Pass Yield) to drive performance.
• Ensure product and process quality in line with international standards.
• Lead and support data integration initiatives to enhance quality management systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics.

·       Work closely with quality auditors in manufacturing factories to ensure adherence to established protocols and consistent inspection practices.

·       Support audits, certifications, and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality engineering, ideally within the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of data integration, digital systems, and process automation within quality management frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement practices.
• Knowledge of relevant international quality standards; experience supporting audits and certifications is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP/MES systems, or similar) to monitor, interpret, and report on quality KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into practical improvement actions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• High level of adaptability, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to driving quality and operational excellence.
