Regnum Hotels, one of the leading luxury hospitality brands located in the Belek Tourism Center, is seeking a passionate, guest-focused, and detail-oriented Regnum Direct Sales Agent to join its professional team at Regnum Carya and Regnum The Crown.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Fluency in at least two of the following languages: English, Polish, German, Russian, or Arabic.
• Proficiency in Fidelio Suite 8 hotel management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Guest satisfaction-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism.
