SNOP, headquartered in France, is international company working in Automotive sector. We are looking foraSUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER for ourKocaeli plant.

Our expectations are;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from related Engineering Departments,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Supplier Quality Engineer in Automotive Industry,
• Experienced in Supplier Process Audit
• Experience and knowledge of quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA/CP, SPC, MSA, 8D)
• Competent in FIEV, VDA or similar automotive inspections,
• Knowledge of 8D, process flow chart and control plan,
• Knowledge and experience in root-cause analysis and problem-solving techniques,
• Strong understanding of the IATF 16949,
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 – Environment management systems is asset,
• Fluency in English both in verbal and written,
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, 
• SAP knowledge is asset,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Result oriented team player with interpersonal skills,
• No military obligations for male candidates,
• Living/willing to live in İzmit (shuttle available for İzmit, Başiskele, Gölcük, Derince, Kartepe area),

Note: No shuttle to Karamürsel-Körfez-Hereke-Gebze area

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Leading the supplier project documentation studies and ensuring that measurement and reporting activities are completed on time,
• Archiving and ensuring the use of up-to-date documents in the supplier and company
• Notifying supplier-related problems and to follow up for effective closing by keeping records in the SNOP 8D form,
• Conduct periodic audits in line with the supplier audit plan, to conduct 8D, control plan or follow-up audits in case of supplier-related problems,
• Keeping the samples at the supplier under control and keeping them up to date,
• Ensuring the timely completion of all internally defined audits and monitoring their performance,
• Actively using modules that should be used by quality over SAP (blocking suspicious products, scrapping inappropriate products, etc.),
• Taking an active role in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and Group Environmental Policy,
• Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, waste management, permit requirements and corporate environmental standards,
• Coordinating environmental audits and following up corrective and preventive actions.
• Managing environmental reporting, waste management and environmental documentation,
• Follow up KPI’s related with own process.
