Now, we are hiring Guest Experience Ambassador to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

To review the reservations of the guests coming to the hotel and to contact before the guests arrive,

• To help guests with their special requests (decoration, restaurant reservation, airport transfers etc.)
• To get information about guests and preparing WOW Moments for their room
• To monitor the needs of the guests, assimilate and take action at the right time.
• Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
• To be equipped with local environment. (New restaurants, bars, clubs, shows, entertainment centers, concerts, cinemas, theaters, shopping malls, ferry times, historical and touristic places, museums, tour organizations, sales stores, car rental etc.)
• To fulfill other duties assigned.

 Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus (in particular Russian and Arabic)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
