We are looking for a "Training and Brand Standards Intern" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Training and Brand Standards Department of our company.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training and Brand Standards Intern to support our training and operational standards processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the delivery of in-house training programs.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of training operations.
- Helping monitor, measure, and report training activities.
- Contributing to projects aimed at improving operational and brand standards.
- Participating in operational training visits and field observations.
- Preparing training materials and reports (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student from a relevant university program (preferably Food Engineering)
- Strong interest in the food & beverage industry and willingness to follow industry trends.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and able to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
