We are looking for a Legal & Contracts Intern who will work under the guidance of Legal & Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• To review all legal issues regarding customer and vendor contracts
• To assist dispute resolution regarding commercial and employment disputes
• To assist, control and coordinate the employment issues and employment contracts in accordance with Turkish Labor Law
• To assist, control and coordinate the General Assembly and Board of Directors meetings in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code
• To provide constant feedback to other teams regarding any legal concerns

Requirements

• Preferably 3rd or 4th year students in law faculties
• Solid follow-up, organizing, time management skills
• Advanced level of English skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• To have critical, proactive and creative approach
