We are currently seeking an experienced Room Service Waiter to deliver prompt, personalized, and professional in-room dining services, ensuring accurate order taking, efficient food and beverage delivery, and an exceptional guest experience in line with our luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all orders are presented accurately and according to hotel standards.
• Provide personalized and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the IRD service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in In-Room Dining, Room Service, or Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
