Leasing Department Trainee

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support of all leasing team activities and participate in the entire leasing cycle,

- Assist the Leasing manager(s) in contract preparations,

- Work closely with Legal Department on completion of agreements and signatures,

- Monitor the retail market and new tenants opening stores in the malls, prepare target list of the tenants for the perspective vacancies in the mall,

- Organize Specialty Leasing approvals,

- Collaborate with the architectural team in fulfilling tenants’ technical requests on the plans,

- Follow up shop delivery process with all parties involved.

Competencies

- 3rd or 4th year student in Business Administration, Architecture, Urban Planning or relevant studies from a reputable university

- Able to work at least 3 days/week,

- Good/Advanced level of English,

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
