AkzoNobel Marshall Paints Turkey is looking for a Demand Planner who will be able to work with a strong desire.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in relevant departments,
• Minimum 1 year experience in planning activities, in a multinational company,
• Excellent communication skills in English,
• Systematic and analytical mindset,
• Team player, well organized, strong commitment, 
• Result and solution oriented,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Advanced in MS Office applications and SAP,
• The ability to work under pressure and deadlines,
• Located in Kocaeli or nearby locations,
• Eligible to work with 1 year contract.

Key Activities

·         Translates” the Sales and Marketing plans into a Sales Demand Plan in the forecasting system

·         Build monthly forecast using statistical tool and additional market information, and concentrates on the 4 – 24 months period

·         Responsible for master data required to perform statistical forecasting (e.g. corrected history)

·         Looks for choosing the most adapted forecasting model per product group and customer group

·         Responsible for making sure that all sales area managers and account managers enrich the forecast in time

·         Refine forecast based on latest information on a day to day basis

·         Identify gaps between target and unconstrained demand plan

·         Understand the impact of changes in the forecast and keep Sales/Marketing/Finance and Supply Chain informed of any changes.

·         Supports and executes the IBP and S&OE processes with monthly and weekly cycle tasks & meetings such as Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, Demand Control etc.
