Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales processes of the company's electronic products and solutions.
• Develop new customer accounts and expand the existing customer portfolio.
• Understand customer technical needs and offer appropriate product and solution recommendations.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, contributing to sales strategies.
• Prepare price quotations and manage sales processes in line with company procedures.
• Conduct regular customer visits and fieldwork to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and customer relationship reports and share them with management.
• Collaborate closely with global sales teams to actively participate in sales projects.

The Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience (R&D background is preferred).
• Proven experience in technical sales and customer relationship management.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Knowledge of SAP, systems, or other sales management tools is preferred.
• Customer-oriented with strong persuasion and result-driven skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Team player, dynamic, and willing to travel as required.
• Holds a valid driver's license and is an active driver.
