We are looking for a “Supplier Quality Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

QALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Engineering&Statistic
• Minimum 1/2 years of working Quality experience
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
• Proficient application of core Quality Engineering tools/ principles, industry best practices and recognition for technical expertise (Ex, 5Why, fishbone, PDCA, 6 sigma, Lean manufacturing, 5S)
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Analytical Thinking and good conceptual thinking skills
• Good at conflict management & problem solving
• Effective communication skills, high motivation and curiosity
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepares the supplier audit plan every year and submits it to management approval
• Audits the quality management systems of all suppliers at least once a year
• Prepares audit report at the end of each audit
• Plans follow-up inspections when necessary
• Prepares the suppliers' scorecards and publishes them to the suppliers in the first week of each month
• Prepares the Supplier quality report for the monthly quality meeting and shares it with the specialist
• Manages the approval process of the changes made on the supplier side, together with the relevant departments, and plans and implements process audit when necessary
• Evaluates the suppliers' applications for special approval together with Incoming Quality Control team and leads the management of the process
• Monitors suppliers' quality performance and supports Incoming Quality Control team and superiors in corrective and preventive actions to deal with any quality issues.
