QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administrative Affairs, including managerial responsibilities; experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Security legislation, and employment-related legal processes.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, personnel affairs, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience working within multi-site organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP Payroll, Time & Attendance Systems (PDKS), LMS platforms, and similar HR technologies is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong experience in reporting, budgeting, and process management.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, people management, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- No travel restrictions and willing to travel when required.
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a leading international company operating in the fields of sustainability and circular economy, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs functions at our Recycling Facility in İzmir.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to contribute to organizational growth, employee engagement, operational excellence, and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Human Resources Management
- Lead and manage all Human Resources processes at both strategic and operational levels.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities, including leading interviews for key and critical positions.
- Ensure the effective administration of personnel affairs, payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, social security procedures, and statutory notifications in compliance with applicable legislation.
- Monitor and implement labor law, social security regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Manage performance management, compensation and benefits, career development, succession planning, and talent management processes.
- Identify training and development needs; prepare and execute annual training plans.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, internal communication, and employee experience initiatives.
- Manage disciplinary processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on legal and employee relations matters.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Administrative Affairs & Procurement Management
- Ensure the effective management and coordination of all administrative affairs activities at the facility.
- Manage procurement and supplier management processes, including sourcing, quotation analysis, supplier selection, and contract administration.
- Coordinate outsourced services such as security, catering, transportation, cleaning, maintenance, and other support functions.
- Manage company fleet operations, leasing agreements, utility subscriptions, and related contracts.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive cost-efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate internal customer satisfaction practices and support service quality improvements.
Occupational Health & Safety / Management Systems
- Support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety practices throughout the facility.
- Monitor workplace accidents, corrective actions, and preventive measures in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with management systems, information security standards, and corporate compliance policies.
- Contribute to the achievement of corporate standards and sustainability objectives through ongoing process improvements.
- Leadership & Organizational Management
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while managing departmental performance.
- Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance, key metrics, and business results to senior management.
