As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Temporary Executive Assistant " with below requirements for our client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
Job Description
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Handle incoming communications and visitors
- Conduct research and manage data
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support projects and improve administrative processes
- Maintain intranet content and provide support to other departments
