Must have at least a high school diploma, preferably a degree in Tourism or Hospitality;

Preferably experienced in the food and beverage industry;

Friendly, positive, and customer-focused;

A team player with strong communication skills;

Able to adapt to flexible and rotating shift schedules,

Attentive to hygiene regulations,

Able to keep up with a fast-paced work environment,

Possessing problem-solving and quick decision-making skills,

Open to learning and professional development,

Successful in interpersonal relationships, with clear speech and a well-groomed appearance,

Prioritizing guest satisfaction,

Job Description:

Greet and see off customers with a smile,

Provide information about the menu and take orders,

Transmit orders accurately and on time,

Serve food and beverages,

Ensure tables are tidy and clean,

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints,
